Refund policy

Because we don’t lock you into a contract, you’re free to cancel your service subscription at any time after the first month without penalty, as long as you return any service assigned equipment to us. Upon cancellation or expiration of service, the Authorized Device must be returned to GuardianLock without 14 days in working condition. Failure to return the device will result in hardware recovery fees and permanent "Activation Lock" of the hardware via Apple Business Manager.

If you decide you want a return within the first 14 days of your first month, to be eligible your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If we can accept your return request, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if items are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


No Refunds
Apart from the cooling off period and above provisions, we do not offer refunds within active billing cycles. Your plan and account can be closed with any future billing cycles cancelled.
